
He was born and raised in Osaka, Japan.
He was a good at drawing in elementary school.
His parents presented a toy camera at his 9th birthday, he started photography and shot sports car and railway.
He was also good at singing.
His father loved american C&W music and teaches him a acoustic guitar.
He started his music band at junior high school.
He played bass guitar for his high school jazz big band.
When he played for rock band named 'Moulin de la galette',
the vocalist liked art and movie and teaches them to him.
He came to understand fine arts when he took a class of a museum curation in Kansai university.
After graduation that university, for visiting art museum, European gigs of The Rolling Stones and F1 grand prix, he was backpacking around Europe -Zurich, Milan, Venice, Cannes, Monaco, Marseille, Paris and London......
He started painting after that, but...
When his girlfriend (currently his wife) took him to an exhibition of Jeanloup Sieff, his life was change...
At 22nd years old, he started photography again.
He started working as studio stuff at big studio in Osaka, he became a independent photographer at 1990's.
He captured many wedding photography for famous hotels in Osaka but he could not gave up the idea of be a fashion photographer.
On 2010, he started fashion photography seriously in New York City,
assisted Italian fashion photographer Christian Conti on 2011.
Currently he lives in Osaka with his family and capture fashion and beauty photography and shoots for fashion editorial.
He loves European movies (especially French Nouvelle Vague) and art painting from late 1800's to early 1900's like Renoir, Picasso, Mattice, Modigliani and Fujita.
He is inspired by 1990's fashion photographer like Peter Lindbergh, Steven Meisel, Arthur Elgort, Patrick Demarchelier, Paolo Roversi and '90's supermodel movement.
